How I beat the "Household Needs" system! (plus, a 5 piece gift set offer)

Hello Everyone!

Today I am sitting back, celebrating the splendor of a clean home!

I am here to share with you how to enjoy a FREE 5 piece cleaning gift set with a nominal purchase of household things you already need! These products are LESS expensive than Target, sustainable, and comes to your door.   This friends, is how I beat the system.  I used to stroll the ailses, telling myself I'll only get the items on my list.  Every time I went in with a full tummy and a sound mind.  More often than not, the cart of regrets would have all these cute little things I didn't need - and what does that do?  That's called a budget buster in the house.

When a friend introduced me to Grove Collaborative, I thought hmm, I've never heard of them.  Well, they have all the things I've learned to grow and love as a woman trying to provide a better life for my family.  Whether you're rich, poor, or just getting by, everyone needs to clean their house.  I find more often than not sweet deals, click over and compare to Walmart, and YES! I'm saving money!

I love, love, love the fact they carry so many eco-friendly brands. Burt's Bees, Seventh Generation, Method, Mrs. Meyers, YES!, Seedlings, Tom's, Honest, Dr. Bonners.    (If you LOVE Chemical cleans, Mrs. Meyers will out-smell all of them)

This link will give you a five item gift bundle with a small purchase.   You can cancel anytime (I did, and was right back to it within a few months).  Mrs. Meyers is a wonderfully aromatic product.  Right now I have the Pumpkin Spice scent and some Pine (Which an entire bundle pack of that scent is ONLY $7 right now - $7 for a set of soaps!  Buy them and save them as gifts at that price!)

While you're at it, check out this super cool thing called "Seedlings."   Did you know it only takes Bamboo 3 months to grow; compare that to years for a tree!   Seedlings uses bamboo instead of trees to make paper products we use like Paper Towels, Napkins, TP, and even more!  Many people are switching to bamboo in order to help save the planet.  :)  I am MORE than happy with the switch; but I admit the paper towels and napkins are much easier to start.

My favorite thing so far is the super durable and cute glass hand soap and cleaner bottles.  I'm taking my boring mismatched soaps like Windex, 409, etc and putting them in the grove bottles, then labeling.  Then, when they're laying around the kitchen (I have teens, not babyproofed here!), they look nice and somewhat classy.

Speaking of baby...That nominal purchase you would make?  If you have a baby, you can literally set this stuff up for a monthly, bi-monthly, even two times a year auto shipment!  No need to worry about diapers, wipes, or soap...when you're sleep deprived and constantly covered in spit-up.  Just set it and forget it.  Grove will handle the rest.  The day you realize, "Hey, my child is finally potty trained. I don't need this," is the day you get online and change your choices...or cancel if you want to go fight screaming children and oddly dressed people for a space in the robotic, automatic checkout where who knows how many people picked their nose, wiped it on their pants, and then touched the same kiosk as you....yep, I choose grove. I hope you will too!

Points to Ponder:

1) Am I happy with the state of my home at this time?
2) What step should I take in order to give myself even more fulfillment than I already have?
3) What will I do with my spare-time, in order to make my life easier tomorrow?

Greetings and Introduction

Hello Everyone!  My name is Heather Pashin, and I am very Pashin-ate about life, my family, my faith, travel, the weather, and a myriad of other things I will reveal to you along our journey!

About Me
I am a Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialist with a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology.  That's pretty much a fancy way of saying, "I teach people how to do life, and do it well."   I love art, anything food, cleaning, and helping others.  There's more to me of course, as we're all quite multi-faceated creatures, aren't we?

About My Life

First, I am married to an incredible scientist.  Yes, he's literally a scientist and it totally rocks!  Speaking of rocks, that's his main area of research and study - well, more like natural gas, unconventional resources, coalbed and methane...(YAWNS!) Anyway, he also plays guitar; and that's redeeming in and of itself.

Next, I have three amazing kids, who are barely kids anymore.  I've raised some pretty well rounded children who are all three college bound, faith filled, and much to many people's dismay - never fight with each other!  How do you do this?  I'll teach you some day.

Fun Things

My favorite place in the planet is Key West, FL.  Not only do you have the splendor of the ocean, palm trees, a perfect 70-80 degrees F year round, but it's also a delightfully fun place with impecable food and the cutest chickens running around.  I'll share more about this incredible place in the near future.

I grew up where tornadoes were a routine thing, and am a certfied spotter from a myriad of advanced trainings.  This is a simple rainshower over Naples, FL; but I've come up close and personal with some pretty wild rides in my time as a Tornado Hunter.  Expect some super sciency tidbit info as the season ramps up next spring.

This is just a little about me, and I hope to share more as days go by.

Points to Ponder:  Travel

1) What is the best place you've been in your local community?
2) What's the best place you've been in the world?
3) Where do you want to go in the future and why?
